Description

The automatic 6 lane multi-track granule packing machine combines film slitting, sachet forming, measuring cup dosing, filling, sealing and cutting to produce three side seal sachets. Designed for suitable dry, free flowing granules, the machine can be configured for sugar, salt, granular pepper, granulated sweeteners, suitable 3 in 1 coffee blends, freeze dried coffee, instant tea granules, suitable herbal tea particles, chia seeds, sesame seeds and granular desiccants. 

Customized measuring cups, polished bag formers and servo assisted film pulling support consistent portions and neat sachet presentation in a vertical packaging process. The lane number and production capacity can be tailored to your requirements, with options for integration into a complete carton and case packing line.
